Cassette Single Facer:
It is in cassette modular design for fast flute change within 10mins. During flute change, the cassette roller unit shall be delivered into the machine through the electric trolley and then locked by the oil hydraulic system to be fixed onto the base. Only the button switch is required for fast roller locking and pressing without any other tools in demand. The PLC program control and man-machine interface help achieve easy and safe operations. In addition, the SF-MW10 single facer can also be in either electricity or natural gas heating for higher flexibility in production.
